Fiat Chrysler, Peugeot to sign merger agreement very soon

The leading companies Fiat Chrysler and Peugeotowner PSA announced to their workers that they would sign a binding merger agreement very soon.

In separate communications through internal channels, obtained by Reuters on November 26, the two groups revealed that over 50 people were involved in the process.

FCA and PSA are in discussions to finalise a merger, which would make the world’s fourth largest car maker. Nine working groups were established, led by FCA Group Treasurer and Global Head of Business Development David Ostermann, and by PSA Executive Vice President Program and Strategy Olivier Bourges, the documents added.
