(4436)<\/strong> led the biggest decliners on the Nikkei, plunging <strong>19.66%<\/strong> to <strong>613 JPY<\/strong>. <strong>Shinto Company (5380)<\/strong> followed with a <strong>12.06%<\/strong> drop, trading at <strong>1,662 JPY<\/strong>, while <strong>Housei Inc. (5035)<\/strong> fell <strong>9.35%<\/strong> to <strong>543 JPY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Other underperforming stocks included <strong>Net Protections Holdings Inc. (7383)<\/strong>, which slid <strong>8.70%<\/strong> to <strong>483 JPY<\/strong>, and <strong>Musashi Seimitsu Industry (7220)<\/strong>, declining <strong>8.53%<\/strong> to <strong>2,767 JPY<\/strong>. <strong>Kuramoto Seisakusho Co.
