Dr. Jaishankar emphasized the dramatic infrastructural developments India has achieved over the past decade. \u201c\u201dFurthermore, we construct 28 kilometers of highways each day and lay eight kilometers of railway tracks daily.\u201dHighlighting the expansion in education and skills, Dr. Jaishankar pointed out that the number of educational institutions in India has doubled in the last ten years.<\/p>\n
This substantial growth has fostered a robust environment for technological and economic advancements. \u201cIt is no accident that there are now 1,600 global capability centers across India, generating exports of more than $100 billion every year,\u201d he said, underscoring India\u2019s role as an attractive and capable economic partner.<\/p>\n
Dr. Jaishankar emphasized that India\u2019s aspirations extend beyond conventional growth. \u201cIn areas like semiconductors, electric vehicles, space, drones, and green energy, India is actively seeking to leapfrog,\u201d he stated. \u201cIndia has the ambitions and increasingly the ability to become a global partner for many advanced economies.\u201d<\/p>\n
