An intelligence chief from Russia\u2019s powerful FSB security service has issued an alarming accusation \u2013 claiming that NATO countries are working on scenarios to conduct nuclear weapons strikes against Russian territory. General Vladimir Kulishov, who heads the border service branch of the FSB, told Russian state news agency RIA Novosti that the Kremlin is concerned over increased NATO activities near Russia\u2019s borders.<\/p>\n
However, Kulishov went much further, alleging in stark terms: Scenarios for conducting hostilities against the Russian Federation are being worked out, including nuclear strikes on our territory.<\/p>\n
