They claim that the probe is an attempt to malign Kejriwal\u2019s image and derail the good governance work done by the AAP government in Delhi. AAP\u2019s advocate has said Arvind Kejriwal is neither an accused nor a witness in the case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Meanwhile, the BJP has accused Kejriwal of trying to evade the investigation and has demanded that he cooperate with the ED officials. \u201cSince 9 summons, Kejriwal has been repeatedly skipping the summons like he wants to hide something,\u201d said a BJP spokesperson to Times Now.
