Previous editions of the World Government Summit have featured distinguished speakers such as Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Georgia PM Irakli Garibashvili, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, and leaders from the Gulf Cooperation Council, Kuwait, Indonesia, and Turkey, highlighting the summit\u2019s global significance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prime Minister Modi\u2019s participation in the Dubai summit is part of his broader visit to the UAE, where he will also address the Ahlan Modi diaspora event in Abu Dhabi on February 13.
