Global professional services and investment management firm, Colliers, has announced the appointment of Sankey Prasad as Chairman and Managing Director for India and Chairman and Managing Director for Colliers Project Leaders Middle East. The decision, effective immediately, signifies Prasad\u2019s promotion to oversee both India and the Middle East Engineering business, operating under the banner of Colliers Project Leaders Middle East. His leadership has been particularly valuable in the Indian market, where Colliers has diversified into new markets, introduced cutting-edge technologies, and expanded its service offerings. The company highlighted that under Prasad\u2019s guidance, they have successfully delivered over 130 million square feet of real estate development spanning India, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, achieving an impressive 30% year-on-year growth in the last four years.<\/span><\/p>\n
