Emergency storm warning issued for Kagoshima as typhoon Shanshan approaches

Typhoon Shanshan, which formed in the western Pacific Ocean, is currently packing winds of up to 130 km/h (80 mph) and is forecasted to strengthen further as it nears Japan.
