Star Asia Investment has secured a comprehensive debt financing package to support the acquisition of four properties, with loans sourced from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking and Mizuho Bank. The financing plan includes both short-term and long-term borrowings, part of which are green loans under the company’s Green Finance Framework.
