Eleven people have been confirmed dead following the partial collapse of a highway bridge in northwest China's Shaanxi Province. The tragedy occurred at approximately 8:40 p.m. on Friday in Zhashui County, Shangluo City, triggered by a sudden downpour and subsequent flash floods, local authorities reported.
