Bajaj Finance Expands With 26% Stake Acquisition In Pennant Technologies
Bajaj Finance will acquire 4,22,738 equity shares from Pennant's promoters and existing shareholders, as a part of the agreement. Additionally, they will obtain 5,71,268 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (Series A CCPS) with a face value of Rs 100 each.
