The intense bombardments by Israeli forces have targeted various locations across the Gaza Strip, with the Israeli military citing ongoing rocket fire and militant activities as justifications for the strikes. According to Gaza’s Civil Defense emergency services, the latest wave of airstrikes has resulted in widespread destruction, including damage to residential areas and infrastructure.
In a significant diplomatic development, Moscow has lauded the signing of the Beijing Declaration by Palestinian factions, emphasizing the importance of adherence to the newly established agreements.
Oxfam has expressed grave concerns about the health and safety of those forced to move to the beach. "This situation is untenable," said Oxfam's regional director. "We urgently need international assistance to provide the necessary infrastructure and humanitarian aid."

“We demand its implementation. Also the ceasefire, the release of the hostages, and humanitarian access. The suffering of Gazans and the violence must end,” Albares stated, urging immediate action to alleviate the humanitarian crisis.
The heightened military activity has been condemned by international figures, including UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini, who described the situation in the West Bank as a “second war.” Lazzarini highlighted the severe impact on Palestinian communities, citing increased “separation, isolation, and movement restrictions.”
Katz stated that the measure was a direct response to Spain's recognition of Palestinian statehood earlier this week. He emphasized that this decision would "sever the connection" between Spain's diplomatic representation in Israel and the Palestinian population
The latest incident adds to a growing toll of violence in the West Bank since October 7. During this period, Israeli forces and settlers have killed at least 512 Palestinians and injured nearly 5,000, underscoring the escalating tensions and frequent clashes in the region.
