Bombay High Court rules cases filed before July 1, 2024, to follow CrPC, not BNSS
The Bombay High Court’s Goa bench has ruled that cases filed before July 1, 2024, will be investigated under the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) rather than the newly enacted Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
