The tremor’s epicenter was located 104.3 kilometers south of Taitung County Hall, occurring at a focal depth of 51.1 kilometers.
The Central Weather Administration projects significant temperature shifts in Taiwan, with daytime highs reaching 29°C in the north and exceeding 30°C other regions, while nighttime lows drop to around 20°C.
