Stock market news : Micro Leasing PCL Surges 10.38% as Thai Market Shows Mixed Response

Thailand’s stock market saw mixed movements today, with Micro Leasing PCL (MICRO) leading gainers, soaring 10.38% to 1.17 THB. Meanwhile, Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok (SHANG) dropped 6.40% to 40.25 THB.

The Thai stock market experienced a mixed trading session, with some stocks surging while others struggled to maintain momentum. Micro Leasing PCL (MICRO) emerged as the biggest gainer, jumping 10.38% to close at 1.17 THB, reflecting investor optimism in the leasing sector.

Other notable gainers included Light Up Total Solution PCL (LTS), rising 7.69% to 12.6 THB, and Asia Network International PCL (ANI), climbing 6.45% to 3.30 THB. The upward trend extended to T.Krungthai Industries Public Co (TKT), which gained 5.43% to 1.36 THB, and BlueVenture Group PCL (BVG), advancing 5.36% to 2.36 THB. Infraset PCL (INSET) also saw a 5.07% rise, closing at 2.90 THB.

Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok (SHANG) led the losers, shedding 6.40% to settle at 40.25 THB, possibly due to concerns over tourism trends. N.D. Rubber PCL (NDR) followed, dropping 6.06% to 1.55 THB, while Sub Sri Thai PLC (SST) slid 3.97% to 2.90 THB. Other declining stocks included OHTL Public Company Limited (OHTL), down 3.34% to 318 THB, and T S Flour Mill PCL (TMILL), which lost 3.33% to 2.90 THB. Fine Metal Technologies PCL (FMT) also dipped 3.01% to 32.25 THB.
