The 4th Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) between India and Zambia were successfully held in Lusaka today. The meeting was an important platform for both countries to review and strengthen their bilateral relations across various sectors.
The discussions were comprehensive, covering the full spectrum of bilateral relations between India and Zambia. Key areas reviewed included institutional mechanisms, scholarships, training and capacity building, and cooperation in higher education.
