At 12:25 pm TST on Friday, 21 February 2025, Prolight Opto Technology Co. emerged as the most volatile stock on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, soaring 24.89% to 8.88 TWD. The company led a wave of sharp price movements, reflecting heightened investor activity in Taiwan’s equity market.
Tan De Tech Co. Ltd. followed closely, gaining 20.47% to trade at 25.60 TWD, while TMY Technology Inc. advanced 19.17% to 115.0 TWD.
United Purification Tech Co. Ltd. also posted strong gains, rising 8.23% to 80.2 TWD. Meanwhile, Acsip Technology climbed 3.60% to 11.50 TWD.
On the downside, Systex Fintech Corporation saw the steepest drop, plunging 8.99% to 364.5 TWD, making it the biggest loser among volatile stocks.
