At 1:01 pm Taiwan Standard Time (GMT+8), Mitac Holdings traded at 84.0 TWD, reflecting a 0.96% increase.
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC), the industry giant, also recorded significant trading volume, rising 0.50% to 1,010 TWD.
Dynapack International Technology saw the sharpest gain among the high-volume stocks, surging 10.00% to 198.0 TWD.
Other notable performers included LuxNet Corporation, up 5.78% at 183.0 TWD, and Elite Advanced Laser Corp, which climbed 4.30% to 242.5 TWD.
Hon Hai Precision Industry also recorded steady gains, rising 1.53% to 198.5 TWD.
