As of 12:44 pm Tuesday, 10 December 2024 (GMT+8), Taiwanese semiconductor stocks displayed mixed movements, with MediaTek Inc. emerging as a standout gainer, rising 1.89% to 1,350 TWD.
Meanwhile, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC), the industry giant, saw a decline of 1.40%, trading at 1,060 TWD.
Hon Hai Precision Industry, another major player, also dropped 1.28% to 192.5 TWD.
Other significant moves included Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp, which fell 2.53% to 80.9 TWD, and Mitac Holdings Corporation, declining 3.95% to 82.6 TWD.
Alchip Technologies Limited remained unchanged, trading at 2,675 TWD.
