The Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) in Kaesong Municipality has intensified its ideological education efforts, aiming to cultivate a deep sense of patriotism and dedication among its members. These initiatives seek to transform agricultural workers into true patriots who are devoted to the socialist ideals and principles upheld by the nation.
The UAWK’s municipal committee has been organizing visits to educational bases across the region, fostering a sense of absolute trust in the Party’s leadership and instilling a love for the DPRK’s socialist system. These educational visits are intended to reinforce the values of loyalty, pride, and dedication among union members, ensuring that they align with the country’s goals of self-reliance and national development.
A significant aspect of this initiative involves engaging agricultural workers with meritorious individuals who embody socialist patriotism. During these interactions, workers pledge to cherish their native places and workplaces, dedicating themselves to improving these areas through their own efforts. This practice strengthens their resolve to contribute sincerely to the roles entrusted to them by the Party.
The Yongang Farm and Sinso Farm, both located in Kaephung District, have been at the forefront of these efforts, inspiring the masses to embody the Party’s vision through their patriotic actions. By rallying the spirit of collective strength, they have encouraged workers to uphold the ideals of the nation with enthusiasm and dedication.
Similarly, farms in the Panmunjom District have focused on nurturing pride among their members, emphasizing their identity as citizens of a powerful country. This initiative reinforces the idea that defending and enhancing the socialist way of life begins with agricultural productivity, particularly in rice cultivation.
In Jangphung County, UAWK organizations are further deepening loyalty and patriotism through education, combining it with practical agricultural activities to ensure that members internalize and demonstrate these values in their everyday work.
