Children’s union organizations in Nampho Municipality, DPRK, are actively nurturing patriotism among the younger generation, preparing them to become the future pillars of the nation. These efforts are part of a broader initiative to instil strong national values and pride in the youth from an early age.
The municipal youth league committee has taken a hands-on approach, ensuring that children’s union organizations across various schools hold significant meetings to learn from national heroes, meritorious figures, and young pioneers who have contributed to the country’s prosperity and development. These activities aim to inspire the youth to follow in the footsteps of those who have made notable contributions to the nation.
In schools like Saegori Senior Middle School in Chollima District and Hero Handu Senior Middle School in Hanggu District, children’s union organizations are spotlighting students who set positive examples through good deeds, encouraging others to emulate their actions. This initiative has created an environment where students are motivated to contribute positively to their communities.
Nampho Foreign Languages School and Nampho Secondary School No. 1 have placed a strong emphasis on patriotic education by regularly promoting national songs such as the DPRK’s national anthem and “Our National Flag.” These schools have also installed visual aids explaining the significance of national symbols throughout their premises, turning the educational environment into a hub of patriotic learning.
Other schools, including Hero Kangso Senior Middle School, Tokhung Senior Middle School in Kangso District, Yondae Senior Middle School in Waudo District, and Taedu Primary School in Hanggu District, are also actively participating in similar initiatives to instil a sense of national pride among their students. These efforts are part of a concerted drive to ensure the younger generation grows up with a deep sense of loyalty and dedication to the DPRK.
