Stock market news: Twenty-Four Seven, Def Consulting, and Foster Electric lead gains and losses during the midday

The Japanese stock market showed contrasting performances at midday, with some stocks making strong gains while others faced significant losses. Twenty-Four Seven saw a sharp increase of 36%, trading at ¥300, while Def Consulting rose by 31%, reaching ¥104. BTM also performed well, up by nearly 20%, settling at ¥1,517. Remixpoint and Espoir followed with notable gains of 18.68% and 15.57%, respectively.

On the losing side, Foster Electric led the declines with a drop of 18.36%, reaching ¥1,485. Kubell saw a 16.98% decrease, trading at ¥616. Liberta experienced a 14.32% loss, while Plat’Home and iSpace posted declines of 10.28% and 9.03%, respectively. Wellco Holdings also fell by 8.89%, trading at ¥123.
