Tokyo’s stock market saw DeNA Co. Ltd. (2432) emerge as the highest volume stock, closing at 4,025 JPY, a sharp 13.89% increase at the end of trading on March 21 at 4:56 PM JST. Despite the Nikkei 225’s modest rise, several high-volume stocks experienced mixed performances.
Fujikura (5803) fell 1.80% to 6,613 JPY, while Advantest Corp. (6857) edged up 0.52% to 9,630 JPY. Meanwhile, IHI Corporation (7013) dropped 3.78% to 9,150 JPY, reflecting selling pressure. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. (8306) slipped 1.17% to 1,949.5 JPY, and Kawasaki Heavy Industries (7012) declined 2.30% to 7,862 JPY.
