The index began the trading day at a high of 39,745.23 JPY, with early market highs reaching 39,884.01 JPY, yet it soon receded amid ongoing global economic concerns. Currently, the Nikkei 225 hovers close to a one-year low of 31,156.12 JPY, markedly below its 52-week high of 42,426.77 JPY.
