The index’s performance over various timeframes highlights its steady ascent this year. Over the past day, the Nikkei rose by 1.12%, while gains of 1.59% were recorded over the last five days. For the month, the index advanced by 2.52%. However, over six months, the market displayed a marginal decline of 0.06%, reflecting short-term volatility.

The Nikkei index has surged by 19.21%, underlining its robust recovery and resilience.
