At 11:21 am Monday, 10 February 2025 (GMT+8), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) recorded the highest trading volume on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, despite slipping 1.78% to 1,105 TWD. The semiconductor giant remains a key player in global chip production.
Among other actively traded stocks, Luxnet Corporation edged up 0.60% to 252.0 TWD, while MediaTek Inc. declined 2.95% to 1,480 TWD.
Asia Optical Co. Inc. also saw a slight drop of 1.34%, trading at 183.5 TWD.
Meanwhile, Fulltech Fiber Glass Corp and Elite Advanced Laser Corp posted gains of 1.30% and 1.64%, reaching 34.95 TWD and 309.0 TWD, respectively. Investors continue to monitor sector trends and economic developments as Taiwan’s tech-heavy market remains a key indicator of global demand for electronics and chip manufacturing.
