Taiwan’s stock market witnessed significant price swings among its most volatile stocks on Thursday, with both steep losses and strong gains as of 11:59 am TST.
Nanoplus Ltd recorded the biggest drop, plunging 43.89% to 2.02 TWD, making it the worst-performing stock in early trading.
On the upside, Beast Kingdom Co. Ltd surged 27.92% to 126.0 TWD, leading the gainers.
ThroughTek Co. Ltd also posted a strong rise of 20.85%, reaching 24.05 TWD, while Bionet Therapeutics Corp climbed 13.67% to 58.2 TWD.
Other notable gainers included Dura Tek Inc, which added 10.45% to trade at 364.5 TWD, and Azion Corporation, which gained 6.85%, reaching 35.90 TWD.
