Nissan Motor Co emerged as the most heavily traded stock, priced at 492.4 JPY, experiencing a sharp decline of 10.86%.
Toyota Motor Corp, another automotive giant, maintained a positive momentum with its shares trading at 3,192 JPY, reflecting a 1.59% increase.
Meanwhile, DeNA Co Ltd recorded an impressive surge of 14.77%, trading at 3,093 JPY.
Other high-volume stocks included IHI Corporation, up 3.46% at 9,252 JPY; Fujikura, marginally up 0.40% at 6,707 JPY; and Advantest Corp, gaining 3.03% to reach 9,371 JPY.
