Dongwon Metal led the charge with a maximum allowable increase of 30%, closing at 1,820 KRW. Dongwon Metal Co., Ltd. is a South Korean company specializing in the production and sale of automobile parts and steel pipes, including door frames, bumper beams, and cowl cross members, serving markets in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Close behind was Optus Pharmaceutical, which surged by 29.84% to reach 7,310 KRW.
Other notable gainers included Shaperon Inc., which rose by 22.77% to 3,585 KRW, and Secucen Co., Ltd., climbing 21.92% to 2,670 KRW.
DGENX Co., Ltd. and Wooyang Co., Ltd. also made substantial gains, advancing 18.62% and 17.64%, closing at 1,822 KRW and 3,635 KRW, respectively.
