Jansen has been in explosive touch, already striking five fours and three sixes, operating at a remarkable 200 strike rate. His partnership with Matthew Breetzke has flown past 68 off just 43 balls, keeping South Africa in the hunt despite the early setback at 130/5.
South Africa still require 152 runs, but Jansen’s clean hitting has completely shifted the tone of the chase and forced India to rethink their plans.
