Metzingen, Germany, October 10, 2025 — Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. (Sona Comstar), a global leader in mobility technology, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NEURA Robotics GmbH for the joint development of advanced robotic technologies and the industrialization of robots and humanoids in India and other global markets.

The partnership aims to combine Sona Comstar’s engineering and manufacturing expertise with NEURA Robotics’ pioneering cognitive robotics capabilities. The collaboration will focus on developing next-generation robotic systems, including industrial automation and humanoid applications, aligning with the global shift toward intelligent automation driven by artificial intelligence, advanced perception, and control technologies.
