What Air India and IndiGo are offering

Air India

Passengers booked on flights to/from the above destinations between now and 10 May (0529 hrs) are eligible for:

  • Full refund with no cancellation fee

  • One-time rescheduling without any additional charges

To claim: Visit Air India’s website, log in with your booking details, or contact the nearest Air India office.

IndiGo

IndiGo has also suspended flights to/from these regions and is offering:

  • Full fare refund

  • Free date change/rebooking for affected sectors

To claim: Use the Manage Booking section at goIndiGo.in or contact IndiGo customer care.
